  • STICKER VISA :
  • Valid Passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel.
  • 3 Sets of Original Forms to be filled and signed by applicant with BLUE INK PEN, in his/her own handwriting OR else visa applications will get refused.
  • 3 Photograph (Fresh ones i.e. NOT used earlier for any visa) (white background, recent camera clicked photo),
  • Covering Letter addressed to The Acting High Commissioner The High Commission of The Republic of Zambia 7, Poorvi Marg, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi.
  • Invitation Letter addressed to The Acting High Commissioner The High Commission of The Republic of Zambia 7, Poorvi Marg, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi..
  • Travel Itinerary (Ticket).
  • ID proof of inviter in Zambia(Work Permit copy OR Resident Permit copy OR Passport copy).
  • Proof of Sound Financial Status in the form of copy of Credit Card or Bank Statement or Dollar endorsement on the Passport
  • Registration copy of Zambian company
  • E-Visa : https://eservices.zambiaimmigration.gov.zm/
    • Passport copy
    • Photograph
    • Cover letter addressed to Director General of Immigration
    • Invitation letter addressed to Director General of Immigration
    • Incorporation certificate of Inviter company
    • Email id of applicant

Note

NOTE: For Children below 16 years, Visa will not be stamped here, VISA ON ARRIVAL shall be given.

 

    • Need jpg files max size 1 mb
    • Client valid email id is must
    • Payment receipt is mandatory to be carried with visa during travel
    • The Embassy hardly issues Multiple entry e-Visas or holds the case for a long time without disclosing reason.

Medical Requirement

Original Yellow Fever Certificate is MANDATORY for visa with effect from 25thApril 2013.

Processing Time

Sticker visa – 7-8 Working days
E-visa  – Processing time is 5 -7 working days, sometime embassy takes even longer time as well without disclosing the reason.
